Aluminium Corner Spacer designed to add strength to >90 degree corners. Corners can be vulnerable points in a security barrier. This accessory fits over Vandgard’s spindle to accurately hold corners together and maintain enough clearance to rotate freely. Used in conjunction with a Support Bracket ( Part No Supp01 )

Corners are securely locked together with Corner spacers positioned 150-300mm back from the end of a run of Vandgard Anti Climb Guard together with an extra support bracket. Supports should be adjusted to support Vandgard centrally over walls and fences with a clearance not exceeding 50mm. Bolted, clamped or welded to fences gates walls and soffits. Vandgard must be supported at 2 metre intervals and at corners.
NOTE: Corners less than 60degrees may be easily formed using a 25mm plumber’s pipe bending machine on the spindle.…
Laser cut galvanised steel support bracket. A universal 45° cranked support bracket that can be used left or right hand, designed to fit most applications including Walls Fences Gates & Steel palisade fencing.
A 45° cranked support bracket. Fixed vertically on walls etc. or horizontally under a soffit or on a flat ledge.

Ex 40 x 6 Mild steel bar slotted twice to receive 8mm fixing bolts ( bolts not supplied) and drilled with 29mm diameter hole to support Vandgard Anti-Climb axle. Laser cut and Galvanised after manufacture to (BS EN ISO 1461).

For steel palisade fencing, supports must be fixed to the pales at 2metre intervals. Usually cranked to the rear and fixed between the horizontal rail and vertical pale with one extra long 8mm fixing rivet .Use the existing fixing holes .
Standard finish means natural, self-colour galvanised metal finish (i.e. not coated or painted)
