Colour coated Vandgard is visually softer than the standard version but no less effective. Perfect for environmentally sensitive areas where appearance is important. It is ideal for protecting walls, gates, and all types of fence, rooftops, windows and alleyways. In fact all situations where serious vandalism or theft is likely and particularly where Public Liability legislation applies. Examples include commercial and industrial sites, schools, vehicle parking areas, domestic, sports and leisure areas. This Anti-climb guard will eliminate any stable platform or foothold that an opportunist might otherwise use to scale a wall.

Description:
A freely rotating anti-scaling security obstacle designed to effectively roll away aggression and crime without intent to harm.

Pack Includes:
All components to assemble 1 meter of Vandgard (Excludes Support brackets)
Comprising:-
14 Polyester powder coated aluminium vanes made of corrosion free aluminium BS6082 (Dural)
Theoretical weight: 0.174Kg each. Overall diameter approx 400mm.
Spindle:
Extruded round tube including a joining spigot ( Not Coated )

Fixing:
Vanes are threaded alternately onto the spindle which is crimped at the end with a hammer to secure the vanes. Vandgard must be supported at 2 metre intervals.
(Vandgard part no Supp05 is ideal for most applications)

Finish:
The vanes are Polyester Powder Coated with a decorative finish. Other components are not visible and are not coated so as to maintain a free rotating action. Polyester powder coating is in accordance with BS 6496:1984 for application to aluminium alloy extrusion.
